WHAT IS END OF TENANCY CLEANING?

When you move out from a rented property you are required to have the property professionally cleaned by professional cleaners, this will enable you to get your deposit back from the deposit protection scheme.

DO I NEED TO DO THE CLEANING?

Yes, you do need to perform a professional cleaning throughout the property you have rented out, whether you’re going to rent out the property or you’re a tenant then you do need to have the house professionally cleaned.

DO YOU GUARANTEE WE WILL GET OUR DEPOSIT PROTECTION BACK?

We can guarantee if the landlord or estate agent is not happy with the cleaning service we can go back to do further cleaning with no extra cost, but we cannot guarantee a deposit back if you have damaged something or if it's unrelated to the cleaning.

ARE WINDOWS CLEANED FROM THE OUTSIDE?

With a standard end of tenancy cleaning price or service, only windows from inside are cleaned, so if you need windows to be cleaned from the outside as well then you need to request this an additional service, so yes, we do clean outside windows as well

DO YOU ALSO CLEAN OVEN?

With a standard end of tenancy cleaning where the kitchen is included, oven cleaning is also provided, so yes, we do perform a deep clean in the oven.

DO YOU NEED A DEPOSIT?

We don’t require a deposit to book our cleaning service, however, you can put a deposit towards the booking if you like, or you can book the service in advance with full payment paid.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?

If you cancel the booking by giving us 24-hour notice, then there is no cancellation fee. However, if you cancel the job within 24 hours then there is a 30% cancelation fee.

HOW LONG DOES END OF TENANCY CLEANING TAKE?

It really depends on the size of the property and the condition of the property, based on our average time taken per job last year is 4.8 hours, however, some property can take the whole day if it’s a huge property, but one thing we can be sure of is that no properties will take more than a day.

IS VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Yes, VAT is added to the quotes we provide, so you don’t pay VAT when booking with us, if this changed, we will update it here.

WHAT IS YOUR COMPANY AVAILABILITY LIKE?

We are quite flexible when it comes to booking and short notice, giving us enough notice is always good, however, we can still do short notice and same day cleaning and we do prefer a few days’ notices.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COST?

Once you are given a price by our company it’s the final price, unless there are additional areas which have not been mentioned in the booking confirmation.

IS CARPET CLEANING INCLUDED?


We have prices with carpets and without carpets cleaning, you have the option to choose professional carpet cleaning or just hoovering. The professional carpet cleaning includes a deep cleaning of the carpets using a professional carpet cleaner.

WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE IF I AM UNHAPPY?

If you or the check-out report comes back that you’re not happy with the service and there are areas that need further cleaning, we will come back to the property free of charge as long as it's within 72 hours after the cleaning was done.

HOW DO I BOOK THE SERVICE?

There are several ways to book our service, A: You can fill in the online form to request a quote. B: You can book it online and pay with your card. C: You can call us on the number on the website to book. 

WHAT IS THE METHOD OF PAYMENT?

Preferred method of payment is an invoice, payment will be upon receipt, you can make a cash payment to the cleaners on the cleaning day, or you can pay by bank transfer to our bank account.

DO I GET A RECEIPT ON COMPLETION OF THE CLEANING?

You will always get a receipt upon the job completion, once the job is completed and payment is made you will get an automated email with the receipt attached.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED?

In case of damage to anything in the property caused by our cleaners, we are insured to cover the damage.

DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT DURING THE CLEANING PROCESS?

You don’t need to be present during the cleaning process, we just need access to the property and someone to come back and check the property before we leave. However, if you prefer to stay in the property while we clean it then your more than welcome to do that.
